info@maacooperatives.org. Upon completion of Activities I and II, Activity III will be emailed. Activity III is a Cooperative
knowledge evaluation exercise that is completed and also returned. Selection will be based upon quality of completion
of Activities and is at the discretion of the Summer Institute Selection Committee.
